General Returns:
We accept general returns within 10 days after delivery of product unless alternative arrangements were specified at the time of purchase. Please note that general returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all associated freight costs for returning products are the customer’s responsibility. Custom or custom branded products are not eligible for return. Returned product must be in sellable condition to be eligible for return.

Advanced Pedestals, LTD. stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, offering a comprehensive 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It is essential to note that this warranty does not extend to defects or damage resulting from abuse, accidents, alteration, improper installation, improper handling, improper storage, or any unforeseen events beyond the manufacturer’s control. Damages, dings, gouges, or scratches arising from normal usage are not covered under this warranty.
This Warranty is expressly made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitations, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Advanced Pedestals Ltd. shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental or other damages.
